This policy describes how personal data is processed on the public getSendly website operated by OGOURAI LLC. It covers this site and the access-request flow. It does not describe every processing that may occur later inside the marketing platform after an account is activated.

• Account credentials after approval: password stored only as a secure hash, never in clear text. No password is collected on the initial request form.
• Sign-in attempts: email address, technical IP address, date/time, and success or failure, to limit repeated attempts. These logs do not contain passwords.
• Technical session data required to keep you signed in and to protect forms (CSRF), via a session cookie.
• Language preference, if you choose English or French, via a preference cookie.

3. Purposes

We process this data to:

• Record and review access requests.
• Communicate about the status of a request and activate access when approved.
• Allow sign-in for activated accounts and protect the service against abuse.
• Maintain security, integrity and proper operation of the website.
• Remember your language preference.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your situation and applicable law, processing may rely on:

• Steps prior to a contract / request to receive a service (reviewing and activating access).
• Legitimate interests in securing the site, preventing abuse and operating a professional service, balanced against your rights.

Access requests and related account data are visible to authenticated getSendly administrators. Hosting is provided by Hostinger. We do not sell personal data from this site. We do not load third-party advertising or analytics pixels on this public site.

7. International transfers

OGOURAI LLC is established in the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or in other locations used by our hosting provider. 8. Retention

We keep access requests and related account records for as long as needed to review the request, manage access, secure the service and meet legal obligations. Sign-in attempt logs are kept for a limited security window. Exact day counts may vary with operational and legal needs; when in doubt, contact support@getsendly.com.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights related to this site, email support@getsendly.com and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Access requests and activation

Submitting the form creates a request without opening a session. Administrators review the request. If approved, credentials are initialized and you can sign in. If refused, no session is granted. Duplicate requests for the same email are not created.

11. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to this site (including HTTPS where configured, hashed passwords, CSRF protection, session controls and rate limiting on sign-in). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

12. Cookies

This site currently uses:

• A session cookie strictly necessary for authentication and form security when you use account features.
• A language preference cookie (gs_lang) to remember English or French.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this public site. If that changes, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated first.

13. AI features

Marketing content on this site may describe AI-assisted capabilities of the getSendly platform. Visiting this public site does not mean your request-form data is used to train AI models. Any AI processing inside the product after login would be governed by product terms and notices applicable at that time.

14. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes awareness of the revised policy where permitted by law.
